First day

Your first day will be particularly slow. You need read this guide and sign all the paperwork beforehand! You’ll then get to meet everyone, your mentor included. After giving you a tour of the area, they will guide you through your first assignment.

First Month

You may start immersing yourself in the company culture, getting to know your team members, and understanding the organization’s goals and values. Additionally, you should start to familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and workflows while relationships with colleagues, ask questions, and learn from their experiences. 

Working Timing

This working hours may change depends on the business structure and operation.

Monday until Friday

09.00am – 05.30pm

09.30am – 06.00pm

10.00pm – 06.30pm

Break/Rest/Lunch hours

Monday to Thursday 01.00pm – 2.00pm

Friday 12.30pm – 02.30pm

Dress Code

Our dress code policy is designed to ensure a professional and respectful workplace environment

All employees are expected to present themselves in a neat, clean, and professional manner.

  1. Office Attire (you can wear it everyday, collared shirts, pants, khakis)

  2. Cultural Thursday (batik wear, kurung)

  3. Casual Fridays (jeans, polo shirts, kurtah, casual footwear)

  4. Personal Hygiene (regular bathing, well-groomed Hair)
